Being that it is my favorite summer drink I thought I would clearly lay out the steps to making it. Unfortunately more often then not it is made incorrectly. Follows these steps, do not improvise:
- Ice in cup, up to the rim.
- Espresso shots, usually im having a 16oz. therefore I take three. (2 for a 12oz and 4 for a 20oz.) Pull shots into shot glasses.
- Filtered water into glass avec ice.
- Add shots and refill "displaced" ice.
- stir with a long-ended CLEAN spoon.
- Hand it to me and I will add 1cm. of whole cream and a dash of raw sugar.
